A Public Lecture by Mr. P N Balji, a media veteran from Singapore,  on MEDIA & DEMOCRACY: THE CASES OF MALAYSIA AND SINGAPORE was organised by ICG in collaboration with Goa Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GCCI) and Goa Union of Journalists (GUJ) at GCCI auditorium on 27 Oct, 06.  For the first time any such Public Lecture was held  by ICG outside ICG.
