Lecture on “The State and Potential of Indian Agriculture and Opportunities for Goa”
Prof. V. L. Chopra, Member Planning Commission, also Member in charge of Goa Plan, and former Director General of Indian Council of Agricultural Research delivered a lecture / talk on “The State and Potential of Indian Agriculture and Opportunities for Goa” at the International Centre, Goa, (ICG) on Friday, 17 April 2009.
This was arranged as part of the ICG’s programme in collaboration with the ICAR, Goa to develop a greater understanding of Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh’s frequent references to India’s need for a Second Green Revolution.
