VII Edition of Goa Arts and Literature Festival was held from 8th to 11th December 2016. Eminent Writer and Activist P. Sivakami & renowned poet and Former Secretary of State for Culture, Portugal Jorge Barreto Xavier inaugurated Goa Arts and Literary Festival 2016 at Maquinez Palace, ESG Complex, Panaji Goa.
