V Edition of Goa Arts and Literary Festival was held from 4th to 7th December 2014. Edwin Thumboo – Eminent poet, Emeritus Professor – National University of Singapore and Wendell Rodricks – Internationally acclaimed designer & author inaugurated Goa Arts and Literary Festival 2014 at Maquinez Palace, ESG Complex, Campal – Panaji Goa.
