Goa Arts and Literary Festival – 2013

IV Edition of Goa Arts and Literary Festival was held from 5th – 8th December 2013. Eminent writers Dr. Meera Kosambi, Prof. Arvind Krishna Mehrotra & Ms. Mitra Phukan inaugurated the IV Edition of Goa Arts and Literary Festival 2013 on December 5, 2013 at DMK Auditorium, Kala Academy Goa. H.E. Shri. Bharat Vir Wanchoo, Governor of Goa was the Chief Guest.
