Speakers
1) Africa – Kapil Khandeparkar
Alumnus of IIM, Ahmedabad and current faculty at GIM , Goa . He has been a visiting faculty for the UG as well as the PG course in the National Institute of Design (NID). He is also a national level Taekwondo player and a four time state champion.
2) Europe – Dr Rohit Shirsat
Consultant Physiotherapist and an alumnus of Kasturba medical College.
3) North America – Rohan Amonkar
Interface Designer and Art Director. He was associated with major advertising firms.
4) Antarctica – Viola Rodrigues
Scientist and avid quizzer.
5) Asia – Devanch Cholera
Techie , Astronomy – lover , explorer and an engineering student . 14 countries done @ age of 22yrs.
The session will be moderated by Mr Ramchandra Prabhu Salgaonkar, founder of Soul Travelling.
Synopsis for the session: This travel talk would be about experience sharing by the Goans who have traveled to different continents. The session would highlight the reasons for traveling to these places and the difficulties faced during the travel planning. The talk would be interactive and open for questions on travel plans to selected countries.
