Gautam Bhatia is a Delhi-based lawyer and legal academic known for his detailed scholastic insights into the Indian Constitution. He is an alumnus of National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore, and a Rhodes Scholar. His book Offend, Shock, or Disturb: Free Speech under the Indian Constitution (Oxford University Press, 2016) explored free speech jurisprudence in India through doctrinal, comparative and philosophical perspective.
