Group Executive Coaching: A Vicarious Encounter and Experience

A lot of executive coaching happens today in dyadic settings and yet “group executing coaching” is fast emerging as a new modality. Given the intricacies and complexity of group work, working in a group can be a most challenging task for the individual coach with little or no understanding of the psychodynamics of groups. This workshop will introduce participants to the Group Executive Coaching process.
When we coach executives in small groups, we are also tapping into the years of experience, knowledge, and wisdom of the participants and some of the issues faced might be shared. The group coach becomes the container and sounding board for individual observations and feedback, as they relate to the group. There is more openness and transparency when executives engage with their colleagues in an effectively facilitated a group setting. Issues and conflicts that may have been festering for a while often have a chance of being addressed. The organisation receives the benefit of reduced investment while maximising the potential of teamwork.

This workshop will be an excellent resource for Leaders, CEOs, Managers, HR Leads Organisational Consultants and facilitators. We look forward to your participation.
