Speakers:
Thomas P. Valenti is an attorney, mediator, arbitrator facilitator and trainer. He has been extensively trained in all aspects of Dispute Resolution. Tom is a former Board Member of Mediators Beyond Borders International (MBBI]. He gave the Keynote Address on Interfaith and Multicultural Dialogue at the Dispute Resolution conference in London, in 2016. He has judged and trained at numerous International legal, negotiation, arbitration, and mediation competitions.

Ethelwald O Mendes has been a practicing litigator for over 30 years, well versed in trials and litigations, currently involved in International and domestic arbitration and an avid campaigner for mediation. Mr. Mendes has specialised in Maritime and Admiralty practice of law.

M R K Prasad is a leading expert in clinical education in India. He is the first recipient of Vanderbilt- Fulbright Scholarship in Clinical Legal Education. He joined V.M Salgaocar College of Law in the year 1996. He is a former member of Goa State Commission

Malini Chakravorty is a senior lawyer with 21 years of experience in handling varied legal matters in Supreme Court, High Courts of Delhi, Mumbai & Calcutta, National Commission and other courts.. She has international work experience in corporate legal matters and has travelled extensively to foreign countries for client dealings, negotiations and corporate conferences and she is the Founder-Partner of Jus Novum Lawyers Junction, corporate law firm based in Kolkata, India. Master of Law (LL.M) & Master of Human Rights and is a guest lecturer in University of Calcutta, Law Dept.  She is also an accredited Arbitrator for commercial & cross border dispute and a MCN accredited mediator.

Roland B. Wilson is PhD George Mason University in Conflict Analysis and Resolution is the founder and Co-Director of Peace and Conflict Studies Centre Asia (PACSC Asia) at George Mason University Korea. International Consultant, Business Communication coach, Facilitator and Mediator.
