Omkar is a complete spiritual journey. By pronouncing the syllables A U M in a proper way and then resonating the sound of AUM, We can take the energy from the bottom of the spine to the mystic point called Bindu in the crown of the head. In this way we refine and transform the lower energies and raise our level of consciousness.
Mr. Rajen Vakil learnt this technique of Aumkar from his Guru, Yogi Shri S.N.Tavaria and will share it with us.
