TATVA is an international Anglo/Indian emotional wellbeing project based in Goa, India. It promotes and celebrates conscious self exploration, emotional vulnerability
and authenticity. It combines psychotherapy, self and professional development with creative expression, experiential travel, social justice, nature therapy and
cultural immersion. They are committed to creating spaces on the cross-section of mental health and multi-disciplinary projects in a professional and safe environment,
facilitated by experienced professionals. The creators aim to cultivate a sense of stillness and curiosity about ourselves and the world; in the age of conflict,
distractions and quick fixes by challenging the stigma and shame around psychological distress and changing the very landscape of mental health services in India and
beyond.
